Shipping policy

Order Processing
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the print provider used. Most orders arrive within:

• United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

• International: 10–30 business days after fulfillment

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages
Because Printify uses different print partners, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (when available from the print provider).

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping timelines are out of our hands.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders marked as delivered.

Wrong Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot change an address once an order goes into production.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
